While he seemed friendly enough, the estimate he presented us was out of our price range, and we left feeling discouraged because we felt we could have saved the trip. The model home seemed nice but definitely felt like construction wise it wasnt the best. We decided to look elsewhere, but because of the atmosphere and overall unhelpfulness, I rated the place 3 stars. The bathrooms in your home should be functional, yet inviting.

The staff and President are committed to building relationships with their clients. Total commitment and communication were such a priority with The Home Store. I was surprised at the extra mile that The Home Store extended itself to go.
The Home Store built my home in 2014 and its people worked tirelessly through the winter to get us into our new home within our timeframe. When I had issues come up a year later and small issues here and there, Andy Gianino and Patrick Falla made sure whatever I needed was completed timely. I am very, very happy with the service I received, and I received the quality I paid for.
Andy Gianino, the owner, and his team, were incredibly helpful every step along the way. Their designs and templates made the process straightforward, and I easily saved over $100k along the way. Andy was also very helpful after completion, with support and advice even to this day. If/when I build another house, it'll likely be with The Home Store. The "similar styles" price noted is our researched retail price at a point in time of similar style of aesthetic item at another retailer offering home décor products.
