When my fiance and I stopped by the model home today it was around 3pm. We looked around, and only found someone in a back room, who said they'd send Pete down. After a few minutes, Pete came down, and we explained the situation.

When I had issues come up a year later and small issues here and there, Andy Gianino and Patrick Falla made sure whatever I needed was completed timely. While he seemed friendly enough, the estimate he presented us was out of our price range, and we left feeling discouraged because we felt we could have saved the trip. The model home seemed nice but definitely felt like construction wise it wasnt the best.
